SERVICE CALLS:
Service calls are available on most makes and models of Pinball Machines and Video Games. Contact us with the name of the machine and a description of the problem for further details. Service calls are usually scheduled in the morning hours before lunch time to avoid traffic delays and free up time in the afternoons for shop work and restorations.
WITHIN LOCAL SERVICE AREA: (20 KM)
There is a 80 € minimum charge to come to your location within the 20 Km service area. The 80 € gives you up to an hour of labor, anything over an hour is 30 € per hour in half increments, parts are extra. Charges begin upon arrival to your location, there is no extra charge for driving time within the local service area.
OUTSIDE LOCAL SERVICE AREA:
Depending on your location, service calls may be available for an additional charge based on your distance. For a specific quote contact us with your location including zip code. Please include the name of the machine and a brief explanation of the problem.
